HOW IT WORKS
Inspired by the Spirit of the Union.
Our 1,971-metre run honours the UAE’s founding year, and our seven workouts celebrate its seven emirates. As teammates, we share the effort, support each other and move forward as one stronger together.
RAX>ON is a mixed-team competition. Team of two, one male, one female.
The entire course is to be completed in the fastest possible overall time.
Teammates can take turns and share the workload according to each section’s rules. All required tasks must be completed before the team moves to the next section.
CASH IN — 1971 METRES
The competition clock starts here.
Complete a total of 1971 metres.
STAGE 1 — SKI + RAX HOLD
Complete 120 calories on the SkiErg while your teammate performs the Rax Hold, holding the designated weights in both hands.
Female: 14 kg per hand.
Male: 20 kg per hand.
STAGE 2 — ROW + RAX BURPEE
Complete 120 calories on the RowErg and a team total of 60 Rax Burpees (RP). Jump over the bar, using one or both hands for support, then perform a burpee. Repeat in the opposite direction. Each crossing followed by a burpee counts as one repetition.
STAGE 3 — BIKE + RAX CARRY
Complete 160 calories on the BikeErg and a team total of 30 Rax carry laps, carrying the designated weights along the marked route.
Female: 14 kg per hand.
Male: 20 kg per hand.
Complete all requirements in each stage before moving to the next.
CASH OUT — 1971 METRES
Complete the final 1971 meters, and cross the finish line.
The clock stops here.
Your total time from the Opening Run to the finish determines your position on the RAX>ON Overall Leaderboard.
But the overall record isn’t the only record to chase.
SkiErg. RowErg. BikeErg.
Each of the three main stages is also timed individually and has its own RAX>ON Stage Record.
Set the fastest time in a stage and become its Stage Record Holder — earning the corresponding Gold Plate on your RAX>ON medal.
One team. One clock. Three Stage Records.
This is RAX>ON.
